3. Confidentiality: All sessions, account details and communications between the consultant and the clients are confidential. The consultant will not disclose any information without the client's explicit permission, except as required by law.
4. Intellectual Property: Your participation and purchase of the The Host Collective Membership does not result in a transfer of any intellectual property to You, and, as a condition of participation in the Program, You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other intellectual property protection.
5. Payment: Payment for the annual Host Collective Membership is due in full at the time of purchase and fees are non-refundable.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate the Host Collective agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, any completed work will be provided to the client. Fees are non-refundable.
7. Liability: Our consultants are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of the consulting service. The client assumes full responsibility for their decisions and actions.
