Services: Our service provides guidance in achieving your business goals. The service includes virtual sessions, review of your business, goal setting, action planning, and communication via email or messaging for the duration of the session package.
Client Responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for attending any scheduled sessions, completing assigned tasks, and communicating regularly. You agree to provide accurate and timely feedback.
Confidentiality: All sessions, account details and communications between the consultant and client are confidential. The consultant will not disclose any information without the client's explicit permission, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property: Your participation and purchase of the Deep Dive Session does not result in a transfer of any intellectual property to You, and, as a condition of participation in the Program, You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other intellectual property protection.
Payment: Payment for the online Deep Dive service is due in full at the time of purchase and fees are non-refundable.
Termination: Either party may terminate the Deep Dive agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, any completed work will be provided to the client. Fees are non-refundable.
Liability: Our consultants are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of the consulting service. The client assumes full responsibility for their decisions and actions.
