How long does the set up take?
A full setup can be completed in three weeks - or even less! But it depends on a few factors such as number of properties, completion of tasks and Vrbo approvals. The setup must be completed within 45 days of signing the contract (unless an extension has been granted).
How can I ensure a quick turnaround?
To ensure a quick turnaround, complete your assigned tasks! I will provide deadlines for tasks so that we can both keep the setup moving forward. I know that sometimes life gets in the way - so do your best to complete your tasks in a timely manner.
What login access do you require?
I only require login access to OwnerRez. You will be required to access your Airbnb and Vrbo accounts and provide specific listing information as part of the setup.
Do you provide support post-set up?
Yes! I will be available for 14 days post-setup completion (or post-going API Live) for quick questions that may arise. I encourage you to try to discover solutions yourself, so you can become more familiar with OwnerRez. Additional 1:1 support can be booked or ask me about my Membership program.Â
