  2. Client Responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for attending any scheduled sessions, completing assigned tasks, and communicating regularly. You agree to provide accurate and timely feedback.
  3. Confidentiality: All sessions, account details and communications between the consultant and client are confidential. The consultant will not disclose any information without the client's explicit permission, except as required by law.
  4. Intellectual Property: Your participation and purchase of the The Automation Accelerator Program does not result in a transfer of any intellectual property to You, and, as a condition of participation in the Program, You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other intellectual property protection.
  5. Payment: Payment for The Next Level program is due in full at the time of purchase and fees are non-refundable.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate The Next Level program  within 7 days with written notice. In the event of termination, account access will be revoked.
  7. Liability: Consultants are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of the consulting service. The client assumes full responsibility for their decisions and actions.
