  1. Services: Our online coaching service provides guidance in achieving your business goals. The service includes virtual coaching sessions, goal setting, action planning, and communication via email or messaging for the duration of the session package.
  2. Client Responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions, completing assigned tasks, and communicating regularly. You agree to provide accurate and timely feedback.
  3. Confidentiality: All coaching sessions and communications between the coach and client are confidential. The coach will not disclose any information without the client's explicit permission, except as required by law.
  4. Payment: Payment for the online coaching service is due in full at the time of purchase.
  5. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a missed session fee.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, any unused sessions will be refunded to the client.
  7. Liability: Our coaches are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of the coaching service. The client assumes full responsibility for their decisions and actions.
